By downloading or using the SpeakingFork app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Medical Disclaimer (Important)

SpeakingFork is NOT a medical device. The nutritional information provided by our AI is an estimation ("Roughly Right") and should strictly be used for informational purposes only. Do not use this app for medical dietary management without consulting a doctor.

3. Subscriptions

SpeakingFork offers a "Pro" subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play settings.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Limitation of Liability

SpeakingFork is provided "as is". We make no guarantees about the accuracy of nutritional data (e.g., calories, macros) provided by the AI.
